Fit Tips


Karen is a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM and has a passion for helping people find their love for health and  fitness.

She is always learning because there is always something new to learn.  Most recently, she earned the MMACS (Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning Specialist) credential and is currently studying to become a FNS (Fitness Nutrition Specialist) both through NASM. 

She loves working one on one and in small groups with clients and takes the trainer/client relationship very seriously. It's always a "team effort".  

She is a wife and mother of 2 and lives in sunny Southern CA.
